Workshops
The TRC provides health education to teens via workshops. Many of these workshops are conducted off-site at high schools and community-based organizations. Some workshop topics include: Abstinence, HIV/STIs, Family Planning, Stress Management, and Personal & Dental Hygiene. Workshop participants also receive TRC brochures on related health topics.
Site-Visits
In addition to workshops, the TRC hosts Site Visits to provide information to guests from community-based organizations and schools about the TRC and Charles B. Wang Community Health Center programs and services. The TRC also hosts Open House events for community members to learn how to become a patient at our Health Center and receive information about additional programs provided by our Heath Center and the TRC.
