Can working out be fun, simple, convenient, and affordable? The answer is ABSOLUTELY! Join the TRC Healthy Lifestyles 12-week program this spring to learn about the basics of health and fitness, through a series of workshops and indoor and outdoor activities. You will get a chance to make new friends as you develop a new healthy lifestyle. Healthy refreshments will be provided.
When: 3/06-5/22 (Mondays), from 4:30-6:00PM
Where: 268 Canal Street, 1st Floor Conference Room
Participants must attend every week until the program ends.
