Mission & History

The mission of the Teen Resource Center (TRC) is to provide a safe space for Asian American and other minority youth to learn new skills, develop confidence, build support networks, and serve as community health advocates. Our staff serves as mentors and educators working to improve adolescent biopsychosocial health. TRC was established as an integral part of the Pediatric Department of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in 2003. The pediatrics team provides clinical services to patients, from newborns to age 21.
